Time for my quarterly trip to Hong Kong and Singapore. Got to the airport on time and checked in my bag (which I don't usually do). I found this check-in area which was nice and quick...
I went through security and passport control, then up my favourite escalator to the First Class Lounge...
I had the Turkish Eggs for breakfast...
then headed to the gate. It was a bit chaotic at the gate and they had to bus us to the plane...
There's a new colour R.M. Williams amenity kit...
Did my standard thing with a Bloody Mary...
Did the usual Airport Express / taxi to The Renaissance. I have a slightly different view this time...
Saturday I got up and had breakfast, then caught the MTR to Central and went up the escalator. I stopped at my favourite cafe for a coffee then headed to the top at Conduit Road. I walked along to the Morning Trail and up to the Peak...
Had a tea from 711 at the top...
I walked down the Green Trail and past my old apartment and through Tai Kwun...
I stopped at Mak's Noodles in Wellington Street for a late lunch...
And the other way...
One day I caught the MTR to Sheung Wan to get some tablets, then caught the Tram back...
This building is new...
The hotel pool looks good at night...
One morning I got up and went for a walk to the Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter...
I found a new lunch place in Wan Chai...
Same place, different day...
I had a beer in Soho at one of my old haunts, Bella Lee...
One night I went for dinner at The Grand Patagonia Argentinian Steak House...
The junks have been quite visible this week...
I checked out about 2pm on Sunday and headed to the airport. Went to The Pier, one of the First Class lounges and worked my way through the tasting menu inspired by Mott32...
