Sydney - December 2022

I met Alex and we did one of my favourite walks from Clontarf to Manly. Lovely clear day..

There is a new section to the art gallery in Sydney. It was good.

Getting ready for Christmas...

Had a great family Christmas at Berkeley Vale...

I transplanted some clivia's from Pymble to Berkeley Vale for this garden bed...

It won't take them long to settle in...

I went with Eliza and Leo for a bush walk in North Wahroonga...

Finally my stuff arrived from Hong Kong...

The moving company wanted hundreds of dollars to take the empty boxes away. So I put them on Facebook Marketplace and they were gone within 24 hours!

On Christmas morning we established a new tradition. Up at 5:30am to see the sunrise, a beer and a shot, then a ride to The Entrance!

Eliza got up too and jogged part of the way...

We found the only cafe open on Christmas morning!

One day we hired a boat at The Entrance. It was very windy...

Another day we drove to Wollombi for lunch. Drove past Bucketty where we spent many great times...

Callum is attacking the overgrown grass between us and the lake. It was very hard work.

And just like that, another year was gone!

Sydney - November 2022

On 1 November I headed back to Sydney. I was lucky enough to get an Asia Miles flight in Premium Economy.

On 2 November, Callum had his final HSC exam. So we went to lunch to celebrate!

Hong Kong - October 2022

Back in Hong Kong for a week so spent most of the time catching up with friends and doing some admin.

For the first week I stayed at Ibis Sheung Wan. Average room, nice view...

Dinner with friends at Thai On High...

Had brunch with a mate at Club Rangoon with free flow.

One of my favourite meals in Singapore is Hainan chicken rice. I've never found as good in Hong Kong. One day in Wan Chai I found a chicken rice restaurant. It was good but not the same as Singapore...
